(edit: concerning the ‘fake dick’
This was in no way intended as an attack against the trans community, and I apologize if it may have been perceived thusly; it was in reference to and a parody of the original girl ver. post in which ‘other girls’ had ‘fake boobs’— which generally refers to enlargement/enhancement. In the same way, ‘fake dick’ was meant to imply that ‘other dudes’ just wanted to make their dicks look bigger. In this sense, as this is clearly a biased account from ‘Me’, he is inadvertently referring to the dicks of ‘Other dudes’ as unrealistically and possibly illegitimately large— in other words, he might be jealous.
